DESCRIPTION:
This 40 unit prefab project maximizes the narrow lot width by shifting the arrangement of units to adapt to constraints. The modules are arranged to enhance density while maintaining the benefits of repeatable modules. Simultaneously, the architectural result of combining efficiency with responsiveness avoids the encumbrance of overt modular expression. Additional elements such as articulation of the entrance and roof canopy allow further contextual responsiveness.
